We offer a 15% educational discount on all education related projects. Please contact us for details.
Lead Time: How long does it take for orders to ship once placed?
Most orders placed before 12pm Central Time will ship that day via UPS (Monday-Thursday).
Lead time may increase due to the following:
- Out of Stock: 2-4 weeks
- Cutting: 1-2 days
- Sanding: 2-3 days
- Clearcoat (In House): 3-7 days
Shipping Method: Can I expedite my shipment?
Expedited shipments are available through FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Charges will very by product size and shipping method . Please contact us for more details.
During checkout on our website you can select your desired shipping speed via UPS.
Oversized Shipping: How can I limit oversized shipping costs for 96" tubes?
Due to a rate increase through UPS and FedEx for packages 96″+, shipping items 96″ or greater will add an oversize charge. For 96″ tubes we offer 1x free cut. Cutting the tubes down to 95″ negates the oversize charge.
When placing your order for 96″ tubes through the website, if needed please leave a note of where you want your free cut in the additional notes and comments at check out. We will adjust the price of shipping prior to charging your credit card.
Volume Discount: Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, this is applied for individual SKUs.
- 5-9 Units: 7% discount
- 10-24 Units: 15% discount
- 25+ Units: Call for Details
Return Policy: Can I return a product I ordered?
